Turn Around Time (TAT)
Our TAT for all custom orders is 2-3 weeks depending on size of order.  Please note this is the time it takes to process and package your order, this does NOT INCLUDE shipping time.  Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed tracking information and you can then track your package's arrival.  

Shipping
Please not we are not responsible for your order once it has been dropped off with the shipping service.  If your package is not received or delivered incorrectly, please reach out to the shipping carrier and request a GPS location of delivery and provide them with your tracking number.  

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.  If you have an issue with your item, please contact us and we will be happy to listen to your concerns.  

Care Instructions

Tumblers/Kids Cups - do not put in dishwasher and do not leave in hot car.
